Ticket Exchange Policy


Ticket Policy:

All tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket exchanges may be considered as a courtesy and must be requested prior to the scheduled performance for which the tickets were purchased. Requests made after a performance has occurred, including performances not attended, cannot be accommodated and will not be eligible for exchange to a future production.

When an exchange is approved, it is subject to availability.
If the exchanged performance is of greater value, patrons will be responsible for paying the difference in ticket price.

We will make every effort to accommodate the request  that you are submitting and confirm via email that it has been completed.


* please note: it is not possible to exchange tickets for performances that are sold out.
